I’m Eliza, she/her, and I’m a Dietitian by title but really i’m a whole-foods and herbals loving, totally crunchy granola being, big time jokester, swimmer in any body of water, constantly evolving and always leveling up. I have a handful of trusted mentors and self care practices that keep me waking up even better than I was the day before, and i’m eternally grateful that this is life currently.
There was a time when it wasn’t this way. I experienced IBS since I was single digits, disordered eating since I was 10, and addiction to numbing techniques since I was 18. Then one day amidst the chaos, my body broke down. It’s a long story i’d love to tell you cuddled up next to a fire with a cozy blanket and some tea, but for now i’ll say that I just woke up one day with knee pain so bad that couldn’t walk for months and that led me to finally getting help. That was the start of the journey that got me here. 
I’m now a proudly abstinent perfectionist, recovered from 3 severe food intolerances, decades of IBS, and all the numbing techniques I once used. I’ve led dozens of women to life changing relief since and this community keeps growing🫶
This community is all about radical responsibility. And we talk a lot about poop over here!
There is so much to say, I hope you’ll stick around to hear more. But you have to know it is 100% in the cards for you to wake up feeling radiant, with explosive joy that feels like it’s seeping from the seams, inlove with how your body supports you and so excited to light up that connection with your body by nourishing it with the foods you love.

Did I learn how to do all of this overnight ? Heck no! In a week? Heck no! You can’t learn it all overnight. But now that you know there’s another way, you can choose to follow a new path one step at a time.
